Any License Number that has CCL21 as its' prefix, indicates that that License was applied for in 2021, as opposed to those with CCL20, which were applied for in 2020.

Bill says he applied for our License on December 24th, 2020, but he won't give us any License numbers, so we can't confirm when he actually applied.

The point is that there are many Licenses that have already been approved that were applied for this year...AFTER BILL APPLIED FOR OURS.

Also if you call CalCannabis, they will tell you themselves that License approval usually takes around 90 days. Ask for Richard...
