you clearly do not know how "dilution" works. omg. i cannot believe you said that. a company gets money long before notes are converted. the amount of the dilution is based on the terms and the pps. so a billion shares might only be worth $100k or even $50k of cash. retc was in the trips and the terms are like 40% discount to the lowest trading price in a preceding period to the day of the conversion. just because you see a billion shares go off at .01, they could be shares given at the .0005 pps. that is why it is so lucrative for those who are willing to take part in those types of debt agreements with companies. that is why i always laugh about people chasing a stock price and thinking that because the pps is up, the number of diluted shares will be less. that is rarely the case. it depends on the lowest price in the preceding period based on the terms of the note agreement with the debt holder.
