So the witness said today that because of Covid they couldn't file with the state of Nevada for their Annual filing for two years, nor could they file financial reports or do a 10Q.

Funny how they had no problem diluting billions of shares over the same time...How come they could “Dilute” during Covid, but couldn’t do the required filings during Covid? They had all that money from dilution!!! BS.
