So, 3 billion shares of dilution at 50k-100k = 150k-300k. Ya, in the grander scheme of things, that ain't a lot. But maybe they should have spent it on keeping their filings at least somewhat in order rather than on an attorney to try and fend off a takeover and a few ham sandwiches. Doh!
