Not sure how this would be done for convenience in any manner besides ill-intent towards shareholders, but admittedly I have very little knowledge in this department and naturally think the worst. Seems like more shenanigans to fool shareholders that are looking for answers. Regardless of what anyone says, Carter really had this thing figured out when Howe was out of the picture. A conversation solves nothing in my opinion, the writing is on the wall.

Hopefully going to have a productive conversation today in regards to UOIP, doubtful that it will be productive after long discussion with BA and her luck thus far. All we can do is continue trying our best.
