I still go back to a statement I made a little while ago. We need to just identify a lawyer in preparation for a win vs Cox. We lose at trial and this case is probably over, outside of appeals. I doubt Judge Andrews would make poor decisions on our end, so an appeal from us is not going to go far. A lot can happen here in the next couple of weeks, we need to be ready for anything. Contact and discussion with Billy should still be on the table, I dont have a big problem with the move if it was done for convenience, and NOT to harm shareholders. Of course I am suspicious, but we need to follow the paperwork and effect to determine what is going on.
