The point, which you are studiously avoiding, is that the stock price has suffered due to the late filing.

Whether or not you consider it late is not the issue. The market, such as the OTC is, has responded.

I get it, the filing will come. It will be positive. The share price will go up (albeit from a lower base now).

Just because you told the authorities you would be late, and they grant you a grace period, that doesn't make you not late. The filing is still late, NT not withstanding.

Since it's just the four or five of us here, can't we be straight with each other. I mean, I am not trying to influence anybody. Nor do I think I could even if I wanted to.

Folks were expressing some disappointment at the price action today, and I merely chimed in with an opinion that the late filing is at least partly to blame.

With all due respect, the implied sentiment: "but a lot of people act like they have never gone through filings before", is unwarranted in my opinion. Let me ask, if the filing status isn't part of the action the last day or two, why do think we're slipping?
