I know you guys want to say they are late in their filings, but because they filed the NT at the proper time, The SEC which is the only group that matters as far as filings are concerned says they are not late if they file by the 18th.

Not saying you personally, but a lot of people act like they have never gone through filings before.

As far as I am concerned if they file by the 18th they are not late at all. If they go past the 18th though, that is a whole different issue.

We all choose to invest our money. Whether we win or lose is solely due to the person in the mirror and his/her ability to do DD. Finger pointing and a lack of personal responsibility are simply sad traits that the weak-minded possess.
