#71739 RE: JNdouble1 #71736

I am not avoiding any point, and I have always been straight on here. Correlation does not equal causation. There could be a myriad of reasons for the price decline including the late filings. The price has been sliding down for 2 weeks prior to the filings and dipped under $2 after the NT was filed.

I don't know who has how many shares and what relationships they have with brokers and MMs and what MMs have to do to "make" a market. There are most definitely people who may have sold because of the NT. I personally think that is premature because any negative impacts of filing late are moot until the 18th now. It just means we have up to a week and a half before we see the filings.

I agree it is part of it, I am trying to educate people that as long as any company files an NT-10K they are not late until the extended grace period has ended.

Did people read the actual NT to see the stated reason why? I know it is an old excuse now because we are all pissed off at COVID, but and I quote:

The Registrant is unable to complete its audit and preparation of its Form 10-K in a timely matter because of unanticipated delays due to the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus).

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1438901/000116169721000230/form_12b-25.htm

India where their developers are now is in almost complete lockdown, accounting firms around the country are slammed. This is an annual audit too and companies are at the mercy of the audit firm. If the audit firm knows they can delay up to 2 weeks why wouldn't they?

As to why we are slipping? I can only guess, but I think it is a combination of the delayed filing, bitter memories, manipulation, and lack of share price pumping news.

There has been a lot of news on their marketing efforts and even their increased revenues. And people even on here have said "prove it" "I won't believe it until it is on an audited filing."

Well anyone that wants proof of Feb or March revenues through an audited filing will be waiting a long time as they are part of Q1 2021 which won't be included in an "audited" filing until May of 2022. They will be waiting a while. 10Ks are audited. 10Qs are not, just reviewed. This upcoming 10K covers through Jan 31st 2021.

I appreciate everyone who posts here and I do not mean to offend, but there is so many hints out there as to how big this will be I just get frustrated when others can't see what I see.

Selling volume died off today....the panic sellers got out.....the $2 REg A offer keeps this stock down often in the $2.25-$2.50 range (due to Reg A flippers) until mgmt decides to raise offer price ....the sellers under $2.25 are mostly retail panic sellers who just don’t know the real picture here.....I bought over 10k more shares under $2 on that panic sell off and I’ll take every share under $2 you bring down as I am able to....this will be a Long hold for me....
