Any Good Jokes?

a young homesteading couple living in their sod house out in the middle of the ocean of grass when the young wife went into labor with their first child..

Lucky for them there was a real doctor in the mining camp over the hill so the husband rushed over there and brought the doctor back with him just as the sun was getting low..
The doctor gets the wife to lay down and scrubs up and tells the husband to light the lantern and hold it up so that he can see how the baby's coming along..

It takes a while but after a lot of pushing and screaming the baby's born and the husband is bug-eyed at the spectacle but otherwise overjoyed..
Then the doctor says, "Wait, wait! Keep holding that lantern 'cause we're not done yet, there's another baby on the way.., holy smokes it's twins!"..

And after a shorter while and a tad less heaving and hollering, sure enough, the second baby comes into this world..
Husband's so shook up he can hardly stand up, and he gives a big sigh of relief..

And then he hears the doctor say, "Well I'll be darned! Wait!.. Keep it steady 'cause I think there's another one.., Yup, it's triplets, wow, what do you think about THAT?!"..
And the husband says, "Well, d'you think this light's attracting 'em?"..
