If I am the judge, this type of blatant lunacy pisses me off.

They say that they did not know about the parents. That's comical that a multi billion dollar would not read patents. But it is irrelevant what they knew (past tense). Since they brought up 'knowledge', it matters what they currently know.

Are they saying that they still haven't read the patents?

I felt my IQ drop as I followed their logic.
