Disagree, I think it's all OTC has to file something buy June 30th is the way I understand it, and full compliance by Sept 28, Pinks go to Greys if no compliance by Sept 28, May 25 is TDA's deadline when they disallow buying CE tickers, Here's a link, do you have one from SEC that says May 25?
