Doubt that would ever happen? Happens all the time in fact the SEC has just done that with about 40 non SEC reporting tickers this year alone. 'In fact Piancone and Olson just had another ticker in NCTW suspended a year ago for that very reason, no public information.

Cant treat old dogs with new tricks on the OTC like Piancone and Olson, same scam different company and different day is all.
