i agree theres a fine line, but when OTC has your company info, directors, etc, they should be adressing this.

last thing we do need or want is to get hit with CE cause of all DD being pushed out without the company confirming it, thats my biggest fear playing otcs these days.

i doubt that would happen, but still, never know

either way, bought some 0175s
