No he never attempted to take his foot off the accelerator thats how you know its SUA. Should have been some sign he tried to remove his foot from the pedal. There isn't any in that last 1 second. Furthermore if you look at the other 4 seconds of data he had no trouble taking his foot off the accelerator and even braking...before 3.4seconds that is. At time point 2 & 2.2 seconds before crash he let up on the accelerator a little as pressure drops from mid teens to single digit. That last second registers nothing but increasing accelerator pressure. That increasing pressure and lack of foot removal, even partially, is what proves SUA.
