The commission should not be able to continue to destroy the rights of investors by not protecting them on the very basis for which they are supposed to stand.

The typical sentiment of a shareholder.

Tell me. How EXACTLY is the SEC "destroying the rights" of a DBMM shareholder? I'd love to see an elaboration of THAT point!

The RIGHTS of shareholders are NOT being (and have not been) impugned upon in any way, shape or manner!

The MOMENT DBMM became delinquent on MANY sequential financial filings (SIX to be exact), the SEC had a DUTY to investors to investigate the cause. THEY DID, with ALJ Jason Patil subsequently suspending and then sanctioning them with a revocation ruling!

This company, unlike 98% of the others has cleaned themselves up for consecutive years....

Really. Lets see an accounting of the exact manner in which DBMM has "Cleaned themselves up"! I don't see that at ALL. I see a company who intentionally chose not to file, and then (when finally facing revocation), began a frenzied attempt to file one screwed up financial after another (again and again) in an attempt to become current again. After EACH financial, the SEC pointed out insufficiencies. MANY of them were ignored by DBMM. Only SOME were cured. Others they REFUSED to fix!

The ALJ does NOT get to ignore filing regulations that state interim financial numbers from previously delinquent filings must be included in a comprehensive filing. She can't simply wave her queenly scepter and proclaim "Those numbers aren't relevant anymore, so I decree they are not needed!"

SORRY! It doesn't work like that. Regulations that EVERYONE ELSE has had to abide by say THEY ARE REQUIRED!

I could NOT CARE LESS about "other tickers". This is a case involving DBMM.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
