My turn to say it. BS. It means they are tired of the BS. It takes one person to effect change in a society littered with garbage. The garbage needs to be cleaned up and the judge initiated that process.
The commission should not be able to continue to destroy the rights of investors by not protecting them on the very basis for which they are supposed to stand. If they are not operating on the level, How in the harry is any Company supposed to. Clean themselves up and then they can talk. This company, unlike 98% of the others has cleaned themselves up for consecutive years regardless of how bad the company looks. If someone puts a strangle hold on a business, just how would you expect them to look if they are trying to right their wrongs. Do not really want to hear the garbage of correcting 10 years ago numbers when you have hundreds of tickers that cannot rectify 3 years worth currently and still pink.
