Just another reason Greg is out as CEO

That is confusing to me

The deal imo - worded as a "transaction" vs acquisition tells me theres more to the new "entity" language then a simple merger of entities into one

The mentioning of their REVS as important to the "transaction" terms could mean its relevance to equity in that new entity

Usual language I see is acquisition when buying a company or a % of a company

Good question for Wil Thursday

BULLISH either way as both options ADD to the company
