I think some clarification is needed on the “entity”. Nothing I have read says anything about it.

I may just be semantics. Direct Solar is already a multi-state entity as is Eco-Solar. The entity may just be the result of the deal closing but not under a separate company. Eco-Solar is still operating as Eco-Solar. More than likely, it will be a subsidiary of Direct Solar with it’s financials added to Direct Solar and thus to Singlepoint.

I think revenues will be reflected in the 2021 1st quarter 10Q that is set to be filed on May 17th....hopefully on-time.

By the way..I looked at the BBB site for Direct Solar and there are some interesting reviews. Looks like a few disgruntled employees were bashing DS because they were furloughed due to COVID.

There is also a lot of good RECENT reviews from actual customers about using Direct Solar...a good indication that business has picked up!
