Great find. As of yesterday, the filing is about done. Miller will be able to take over the shell.

He's been making all kinds of crazy talk about possibly having gold, REE's, lithium, and even jade on the 4 placer claims he's acquired. He paid a legit firm to take some samples. Assay reports, perhaps by ALS, are due, maybe overdue. Most likely they will show nothing above background levels. Meanwhile, he's been quoted as saying the stock should hit 10-25 cents... the kind of claim that gets certain alphabet agencies ears perked right up.
