The petition was filed on February 9, 2021, but there was heavy front loading starting in mid-January:
And many of the regular pumpers that work for Miller have been all over NWGC.
How Mark Miller is still out walking the streets after his history of hijacking abandoned shells, drafting bogus debt notes to create unregistered stock to dump into the market, and manipulating stock prices, I'm not really sure.
I'd like to think that the regulators at least have a target on his back by now.
Apparently, Miller has moved up from just flat out illegally stealing public companies to filing custodianship petitions to gain control through the courts.
If Miller does manage to obtain control of NWGC through the courts, it is pretty much a certainty that he'll figure out a way to place convertible debt Notes on the books in the name of one of his close associates, then those Notes will be used to create stock at like $.0001/share to be dumped into the market with much of the money going into Miller's pockets.
The scary part is that this might not even be the last shell that Miller tries to gain control of using the court system.
As far as the old NWGC insiders go:
Robert Talbot (the old CEO) I have no idea what he is involved in these days. Rumor is he had stroke and has been in a nursing home since.
Roy Meadows, the main debt holder, has been pretty quiet the past couple of years. He was the true puppet master of the old NWGC scam, pulling all the strings.
Donna Rayburn, Meadow's daughter and the other main debt holder, is still around. She is currently involved in Symmetry Technologies, Inc (SMMR)
The perfect thing would be seeing NWGC get suspended by the SEC as part of their current crackdown on social media manipulation of dead stocks while Miller and his pawns are holding stock, in the middle of their hijacking attempt.
The contact information on the NWGC OTC Markets page is all outdated and the old website is dead. If the SEC were to attempt to reach out to them due to the recent volume/market manipulation/social media pumping, they'd get no response and would shut it down immediately.
