??? I am not privy to this information. How could you be?

JT thinks the validation should start from what a bp can do with V, which could be dozens Bs; but bp thinks valuation should start what amrn can do with V via GIA, which is 2b as of sp right now. The diff could be more than 10 folds, hard to close...

Nice idea ... but it is not how the real life / business is going ...
