I think, imo, the interest parties offer is less than wha JT/bod wants (not GIA value) so no sale yet. Let us go as what you said, sale of company had always been the plan, then we know their asking is higher than 26sp. The dilemma is imo:

JT thinks the validation should start from what a bp can do with V, which could be dozens Bs; but bp thinks valuation should start what amrn can do with V via GIA, which is 2b as of sp right now. The diff could be more than 10 folds, hard to close...
