He did. And he also said that he had been asked about it by several shareholders and had told them all the same thing, that there wouldn't be one.

Claiming that he didn't is the same revisionist b.s. that the company is pushing. You probably also don't believe he offered large shareholders a special, private, deal before it went down.

Why else do you think they scrubbed that interview from the Uptick website right after the r/s?
