Yes, Mr. Kay did say -- he didn't see a RS in the foreseeable future, but that was the 2nd week of MAR 2020. The following week lockdown started to include the Small & Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs), and around the Globe. The reason he said that is he thought the Channel Partner ACS / First Data deal for "SMB's" to use ACS EndPointLock (EPL) which had SFOR Keystroke Encryption IP integrated, was launching in 20Q1. This is what ACS was telling him and they first told him 2019Q4 timeframe. And without SFOR KE IP, ACS EPL is nothing really! That launch never took place due to COVID-19! How can you roll something out and get paid when closed/lockdown! If the rollout does ever take place, most likely after SMBs have been open full capacity and making money again, well, for those that are able to open again. The CCP Virus has devastated lives and businesses, very sad!

I surly wasn't happy with the RS or why past deals haven't panned out, but my assessment with SFOR's future is much different than yours. I'm glad the doors are still open and this is a perfect time to launch SVC & PrivacyLok. PrivacyLok (PLok) is the security segment of SVC (minus OOB/MFA). PLok is ready for sale NOW! The large companies will need PLok to go with SVC for the full security version. They can always buy PLok before SVC has the import-contacts & record options available. SVC will be loaded on the companies enterprise server and not end user computer. The end user only uses the computer browser to access SVC on the enterprise server. Also, PLok has the security for companies end user computers for when they're using current video conf platforms like Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, etc.

The revenue will start coming in alot sooner than you projected in another post!!
