The answer is simple. In an Uptick interview with Jolly, a week before the reverse split, Mr Kay stated emphatically that there wouldn't be a reverse split in the foreseeable future.

His behavior is the subject of a complaint(s) to the SEC. I have nothing to do with that but, clearly, I'm not the only one who's a little peeved by the turn of events.

As an SFOR shareholder, this is who you're dealing with.

That interview, by the way, has been scrubbed from the Uptick archives. I believe a couple of shareholders had taped it independently, though, so it lives on.
