I called Pacific Stock Transfer (NSAV's Transfer Agent) about them. They gave me the following contact email:

daniellec@pacificstocktransfer.com

Tell her it's about the dividends NSAV gave.

As I said, the cusip number in my Etrade account was INCORRECT and that was probably the reason they said they were worthless. She will give you the CORRECT cusip number for NSAV. Then tell your broker.
