hi pennywise I didn't want to post on NSAV board ,and I don't have PM on I hub, in Canada my broker wanted to start after 2 months with many emails but I didn't like my broker way as the department which follow are not contacting me so i didn't sign the form , James trying to help but after reading yours and stocksky post I think , I was confused as every one pointing to NSAV so that I called FINRA today they said call Secretary and security exchange @ 800 732 0330 to find out even she couldn't find the cursip number in finra too as my brokerage account is Canadian , if you can ask about the process as it is dividend not compensation and gift and salary etc , if you can call sec and ask how this restricted dividend could be released I think they will have the right answer better than my broker and E trade and pTA , thanks if you can and if you have PM contact me on it but I don't have a PM
