Chuck, how did you come into that one "A" share? How old are you? Dying with it is always a "great" tax move to step up your tax basis.

Most investors, even very wealthy ones, should probably own the "B" for flexibility, as I do or a mix of both classes. Makes gifts easier or selling off small chunks in lieu of dividend income.

By all means, consult a tax professional before doing anything.
