Yours is a basic question that I figured would be a snap to answer. But maybe not so easy. In typical cheapskate Buffett fashion, they don't have a toll free phone so the "dime" is on you if you call.

The only HQ phone number I find ANYWHERE is 402-346-1400. That number even appears on their SEC filings. They should have that conversion info at their fingertips. Plenty of the Cl A shareholders from the early days would hold certificates directly and not in street name. I'd advise calling and pressing 0 for the operator. Remember BRK's Omaha HQ only has about 30 employees. Try asking for "legal."
