Both at once. Empty stomach. All good. Really trivial amount of heartburn and I have a crazy almost super power sence of smell so the fishy burp was expected. Most people probably would not even notice. Smelling a burp before ya taste it is always kind of surreal.
I give the capsules a 9/10. No big deal at all. Would be a 10/10 if I could shove em up JT and yet have the benefit somehow transferred to me.
