THIS MEANS this newly derivative of "LiquidMetal Trademark in USA" are owned EXCLUSIVELY by LQMT with no Perpetual Royalty Free Licensed to NOBODY including Apple and/or Eontec
Note this EXCLUSIVITY can only apply for "derived" technologies developed during JOINT DEVELOPMENT PERIOD (which just ended)
