As a refresher, provisional patents are not made public by USPTO. Patent applications are an expansion of the provisional patent to include new information or expand the claims since the provisional was filed (like new clinical study information). Patent applications are not made public by USPTO until 6 months after filing. Patent applications are also not guaranteed to become issued patents for any number of reasons.
