I got that any insider shares can't be traded for a year. That's good for us "low floaters". (BTW I too have been buying/holding since Feb 2020).
Not all the possible shares that the company owns have been allocated- they have something like 1.125B authorized shares. Of this, 117M are restricted and fall under the "no trade for 1 year rule". The float of 292K can be freely traded. All good for us.
This leaves about 1008 Million shares that have not been issued yet.
So here is my question...
Can the company issue some of the non-allocated shares into the float, thereby diluting the float power we have? Would they?
