The company cannot unlock insider shares within the first year after an initial filing. Because of this the float cannot legally increase. If the S-1 is filed on March 31, 2021 then the lockup period for all qualifying insider shares would end on March 31, 2022.

As you can see this is a very good thing for us. As owners of this tiny float we hold enormous power for the next year. If we don't sell, this price flies. Between this ihub board and Ecomike's Discord room, participants in both may own 30 to 50% of the entire float.

I've been buying since last April and i've never sold a share. No plans to either.
