Here is the best BAHAhaha! If what you are stating is emphatically true, then lets bestow the professional lawyers working for DBMM as not very competent. Is that what we would say correct, considering that it has been emphasized for quite a while now that they have some top attorneys working for them. If this were true, wouldn't you think they would have just corrected such deficiencies and continued the fight via the most logical thing to do. What you are saying is the lawyers for DBMM have not been smart enough to fix such a small adjustment that is the only thing standing in their way of pink.

IMVHO, it appears alot more logical that the deficiency has been rectified or this would be an immense waste of time. ugh!
