Question for the board re: cash pay prescription. Is there a way to get Vascepa without having to go through my insurance and be subject to denial, or worse, getting gV? I have Blue Shield PPO (Obamacare-California). My numbers do not make the cut, but very complicated family history screams for me to be on it. If I am willing to pay full boat out of my own pocket, is this possible? I am certainly open to any suggestion of how to pay less, but I want/need to be on Vascepa.
