Let me explain it to you. Brewbilt and Sand are DEFENDANTS in the case.That means they are being sued. The PLAINTIFF (the party suing) is a bank. Whether the lawsuit is serious or not, nobody knows, but it does confirm the connection between Brewbilt and a convicted swindler.

Only in the alternate reality of Penny Stock Land can being sued be twisted into a positive event and share buybacks make the O/S count go UP.
