Of course the company has to be named in the Sand issue. Sand was the one who potentially committed the crime while he was with the old company. Clearly they named Sand specifically because he was the past CEO who signed that potential agreement. Again, that was old company. That has nothing to do with the new company. Just dirtying the waters as scare tactics.

Please share proof that Scott is still in someway involved. I’m really interested in seeing proof and not hearsay. I believe he is the furthest thing from being involved let alone associated with anything with the company currently.
I kindly wait anxiously for the hard evidence.
Otherwise it’s all FUD you are spreading with your friends trying to drive down the price.

Plus BBRW lied to the SEC in their recent 1-A filing by stating they had no legal actions against them LOL. Not good? That alone could get trading suspended anytime?
