If there is a lawsuit againt bbrw.. he was never with bbrw, he was with SIML. Perhaps he is a defendant Because the new SIML and BBRW is suing him for his shady practices and somehow tied some illegal act to the company, is falsely claiming he still runs the company for credit, or some form of deformation suit.

There is a million and one reasons, could also be a witness testimony to claim BBRW is not responsible for some frivolous suit because he was the owner at the time.
