I am well aware of the current compliance dates and I thank you. I have partnered with a team to clean this up toward better positioning for shareholder value. I cannot say much further than that, because they have just begun their initiatives.

Tim- when it makes sense, I’m sure an announcement will be made for VGTL. I have signed over control and feel It is in good hands. I’m not at liberty to say more at this point.
