I am well aware of the current compliance dates and I thank you. I have partnered with a team to clean this up toward better positioning for shareholder value. I cannot say much further than that, because they have just begun their initiatives.

I am gearing my focus on the media entities including Mike the Pike, Arowana Media Holdings and, separately, OTC PR Wire.

Mark,
You do realize that if you do not come through very soon with VGTL news; VGTL WILL BE SHUTDOWN. I am certain of that.

Please acknowledge your shareholders AND PLEASE DO THEM RIGHT.

Unless you are doing something behind the scenes getting current which you claimed you would achieve for VGTL back in Aug - Sept of 2019 and you also claimed VGTL would be debt free EOY with a name change.

TIME IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE.
