I share your concern mentioned in paragraph 1. I think this is the REAL DEAL THIS TIME, but I have been fooled before. So I tend to think we are on the up and up, but I admit to being wary.

I have no facts to offer on the new shares being issued by aradatum to cge.
I just ASSUMED it would be a 1 for 1 distribution. My guess was that aradatum would issue their new shares like an ipo in order to raise money. In order to keep cge shareholders from depressing that effort, figured they would not distribute the (dividend shares) till after they had done their ipo and then at that point cge shareholders would receive their dividend shares.

Finally, again just me guessing, I thought aradatum stock would soar and be our ticket to wealth and the cgei shares would go back to being almost worthless.

I KNOW NOTHING, just guessing out loud.
