Greetings,
Longtime follower, first time posting. So, while I can't say I have a significant number of shares (not that I'm sure what a significant number would be), I did purchase them back when the eggbeater was going up in Ishpeming and was told this could be something. Needless to say, I've been long on this one like the rest of you. Two questions…

(1) Is the information being provided to bump the price to sell shares. Meaning there is not necessarily a viable plan (maybe dreams) from contracts, manufacturing, proof of a working 5G tower, etc.?
We've seen presentations before, videos, the whole Boy Scout Camp thing, etc. in the past. We have been told any number of things by MKBY/CGEI over the years that have not been the case (replacement in Ishpeming, regular reporting, audits, etc.). While I read the comments that we already had a functional prototype in Ishpeming, I personally believe this not to be the case. I don't want to debate these, we're moving forward…If someone could, just opine on the question.

(2) Can someone explain how the Aradatum subsidiary's 60M stock issue to CGEI investors works? What's required, probable, or possible? So, is it required to be proportional, one for one, disproportionate? What happens to the shares in CGEI?
I did a bunch of reading on this topic, but I am no frequent investor and didn't find the information as to the specifics to be helpful. Only that the spin off and main companies' initial price is approx. the same, there's some early reduction in the parent, but that generally recovers, and investors generally look favorably on the spin off. What I'm most interested in is the specifics, I want to be able to calculate what my number of shares (CGEI/Aradatum) look like after.

Hope that makes sense. Feels like exciting times ahead, but then I've felt that now a number of times.
Thanks
