Considering they have been projecting royalties on 75% of the market 12 months, management better get their contract signing pen out and start to ink a few deals. Unless we start to get new deals soon, these projections are worthless.

The other thing they keep stating is that we are currently collecting on 35-40% of 3g phones. What happens when the top 5 gain the same percentage of market share in 3g as they do in 2g if we don't sign any new deals soon? Since the biggest licensee we have so far has only 6% of the overall market share, when the majors catch up, without new deals, our royalties on phones sold will drop to somewhere around 10%. How will management explain that decrease?

I am very surprised we haven't had a new license in the past couple of months. I really thought management was close based on what I see as confident talking and projections. Hopefully we get word soon of new deals, this waiting is killing me. Good luck all, at least the stock is holding up nicely, now if we can only get a new deal while the market is strong, that would be great.
