Yes/No/Maybe. I agree, there are a lot of moving parts. But as you so eloquently point out, both Phil and Devon are still closely linked together AND Phil and Devon are both tied closely to IHSI and DP Telecom. Although, it appears PK Kirk, Inc. is exclusive to Philip Kirkland (Phil). From what I have picked up through the grapevine, both company officers would like to leave behind a legacy for their family. I will stop short on the family historical and DD but at least on Phil's side, that legacy is already in full motion. This is why I've often pitched a R/M (and/or 3-way merger) could be in the works, but as each new tid-bit piece of information hits the interwebs, the needle is moved in one or more new directions. One thing is for certain, Phil WILL need a public vehicle to move PK Kirk, Inc. stock. At some point, shareholders will demand it. I've long been in agreement, Cresent remains in the wind and how, if they are retained will fit into the long-term strategy of things, just like all moving parts, remains a mystery. However, this much appears so. PK Kirk, Inc. is the closest "moving part" to pairing with a publicly traded company, because outside administrative filings submitted by Phil's daughter (on behalf of Devon, as CEO), DP Telecom is just a Non-SEC / Non-Publicly traded corporation with ZERO revs, ZERO projects, ZERO anything, less 200 million non-SEC registered shares. To be publicly traded, DP Telecom is a long way off as they will need 2 years of financials before walking down the same path PK Kirk, Inc. is presently on.

PK Kirk, Inc. = LINKED to IHSI. With the potential of DP Telecom, Inc. as a subsidiary, IMHO.

Just my 2 cents.
