I'm going to just dismiss the stuff in here about the "grapevine," mainly because it's fluff. Plus the "ties" those 2 have to IHSI and the "legacy" they'd leave behind. I will ask 1 question:

Play like PK Kirk's S-1/A fails to sell stock at a dollar a share to the tune of $5M total because nobody in their right mind is going to hand over that sort of investment to a business that clearly isn't worth it. "Phil" decides, instead, to take his business and plunge it into IHSI provided they can give him the $5M. Where does it come from? Stock sales?

Oh, heck, forget that, play like he hands it over for free, and somehow or other it magically becomes worth $5M. What's the share price for $5M business value with an O/S of over 13B shares? Lower than it is right now? Oh well.
