Devon Jones although 10-12 years younger than Philip Kirkland is involved with DP Telecom, Inc. solely now. Authorized 20M preferred Class A shares and 200M Class B common shares. DP Telecom, Inc. appears to be active at the current time.
The incorporator of DP Telecom, Inc. was Kailah Kirkland (daughter of Philip Kirkland) who signed the filing 1-3-2018. She also incorporated PK Kirk as per the filing dated 8-15-2019. Devon Jones is also CEO of IHSI.
Philip Kirkland as per the last filings(5-4-2018) with Nevada secretary of state is shown as President, and secretary/treasurer of IHSI while Devon Jones is shown as a director.
The address in those filings is the residential address for Philip Kirkland --9516 Rossport Way, Elk Grove, CA. which matches the latest 8-K filed/dated 12-4-2018. On that filing Devon Jones is shown as the CEO.
The point here is that Philip Kirkland appears as late as DEC. 2018 to still be very closely connected to IHSI. His daughter acted as the incorporator for both PK Kirk and DP Telecom, Inc.and Kirkland himself was involved with DP Telecom, Inc. at its inception and up to September, 2019.
It appears Jones and Kirkland are still closely associated with one another.
Is it stretching it very much to speculate that these two fellows are attempting to in some way put PK Kirk, DP Telecom, Inc. and IHSI together into a consolidated entity at some point in the future.
Especially, if Cresent Construction is still a viable subsidiary of IHSI. It appears that Kirkland has maintained contacts with Cresent as well as noted in the PK Kirk Form 1-A filed just recently.
