Ok, so it's completely fabricated by front loaders. Buy or wash trade a bunch of stock, pop the volume and the PPS to a small degree, then wait on those bogus charts to show up to give the illusion of life.

All that does is make new bagholders.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
