There is nothing I can prove at the moment because there have been no disclosures since the Q ending on 04/30/19. Also, no news. I suppose it's all about >> If other stinky OTC companies with no business operations can run on air, why not ANDI? But ANDI did have one interesting development in recent history >>

Except for one day of fairly large volume (151mil on 06/01/2020) -- volume was little to none throughout most of 2020. Then on 11/16/2020, volume of 633mil, pushing the SP from .0001 to .0005. A big dump the next day dropping the SP to .0002. >>

633mil volume on no news...nothing! A short time later, the pump was on. Follow the bread crumbs, if you want. So >>

Mike McDonald bailed after two months, immediately after Starkweather and White got busted. He removed any association he had with ANDI on his LinkedIn feed. But was he issued shares for time spent as CEO? Donald Keer, as interim CEO, was he issued shares? And then there's Daryl Green and Dustin Secor >>

As of the last disclosure, Green was still owed over $58,000 with interest accruing because ANDI defaulted on the pay back timeline. Green escaped the wrath of the SEC. But IMO, should have been busted for misleading shareholders. Secor >>

As of last disclosure, it appeared Dustin Secor was still being issued unrestricted shares. It's not a stretch to speculate he could still be in ownership of hundreds of millions of unrestricted shares. But again, nothing to prove. Speculation and all IMO. Just curiousity >> Who is behind the pump and why the HUGE front loading on 11/16/2020?
